  • Contract and pricing management

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform at any time without prior notice.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

To access certain features of the Platform, you must create an account. You agree to:

  • Maintain and promptly update your account information
  • Maintain the security of your password and account
  • Accept responsibility for all activities under your account

5.2 Your Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Platform.

5.3 Feedback

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide about the Platform may be used by us without any obligation to compensate you.

6. Subscription and Payments

6.1 Subscription Plans

Access to certain features requires a paid subscription. Subscription details, including pricing and features, are available on our website.

6.2 Payment Terms

  • Fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
  • All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
  • Failure to pay may result in suspension of your account

6.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds will be provided for partial periods.

The Platform may integrate with or contain links to third-party services. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services. Your use of third-party services is at your own risk.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT:

  • The Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free
  • Defects will be corrected
  • The Platform is free of viruses or harmful components
  • The results obtained from use will be accurate or reliable

9. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, INDUSTRYSHOP SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

  • Loss of profits, revenue, or data
  • Business interruption
  • Cost of substitute services

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless IndustryShop and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising from:

  • Your violation of these Terms
  • Your violation of any third-party rights
  • Any content you submit to the Platform

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of New South Wales, Australia.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.

14. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other agreements expressly incorporated by reference, constitute the entire agreement between you and IndustryShop regarding the Platform.
